Ishpeming Independence Day, Inc was formed in 1979 by a group of community members who wanted to plan, coordinate and execute activities associated with the Fourth of July in Ishpeming. These events have grown and changed through the years but the mission is the same – provide the Ishpeming area community a celebration to remember. With the support of our businesses and community members we look forward to carry on this tradition for years to come.
